Leah's P.O.V Ezra had been shot. 'A' shot him. My brother had been shot and it was all my fault. If 'A' wasn't after me Ezra wouldn't have stepped in. A ambalance had came and was currently putting Ezra in while he was on a streacher. The police had got here to and were questioning people. Aria was trying to get over to Ezra but the girls, besides Ali who was watching from the steps so no one saw her, were holding her back. I says just sat against the wall with my knees tomy chest and my head in my hands trying not to think about everything. It wasn't working though.
After a while, me and the girls, including Ali, were stood outside a shop. The girls had been talking but I just stayed silent not really knowing not to say. "You know what to say, right?" Spence asks handing Hanna a phone. "Don't stay on the line a second longer then you have to." Hann walks off as Emily comes out of the shop handing the stuff she had brought to Ali. "It's the strongest one they had." Em tells her. "Are you sure you want to do this?" "Ezra just saved my life. And he probably saved yours too. Hanna's right. There's no way my mom made that jump. She not 'A', but Ezra knows who is." Ali explains. "Look Em, the plan was to get Ali out of town tonight, but now that 'A''s after Ezra..." Aria starts saying. "I get that 'A' wants to shut Ezra up. But Ali is still a target." Em says. "Can't we think of another way to do this?" "If Ezra..." Aria cuts herself of as she glances at me. Once she does I look down to avoid eye contact and to hide the tears that were welling up in my eyes again. "When Ezra pulls through, he's going to tell us who 'A' is, and this thing will finally be over." "Are they sending somebody?" Spencer asks as Hann makes her way back over. "yeah, I heard her typing." Hann says before looking between me and Aria. "Look, they're probably on their way." "You ok, Leah?" Spence asks as they all look at me. I just look up and nod. "Are we sure that we want to split up?" Em asks. "A wise commader always takes measures to let his opponent react to the wrong set of circumstances." Spence answers. "And in 400 BC..." "Can you just not show off how smart you are for once?!" I snap instantly feeling guilty. "Sorry." "It's fine." Spencer says giving me a short hug to show that she meant it. "So we are decoys?" I take it and put it in my inside pocket before we continue walking. "We'll give you ten minutes then we're making the call, ok?" Em calls after us.

Leah's P.O.V "I don't understand how Ezra founf us." Aria says as me, her and Ali walk up the stups after getting of the train. "Maybe he didn't find us." Ali says as we stop walking. "I think he was following 'A'." "And A was following us." I reply. "This is what you were always so afraid of. That we would lead 'A' to you. And we did." "You guys know why Ezra is still looking for me." She says. "Because he wants to get you both back. Does he have a chance?" "Ali, I can't think about that right now." Aria tells her. "I don't even know if he's alive." Me, Aria and Ali then ran to the hosptial.
