SUNDAY:

I yawned and checked the time and it said 1 am I sighed and got off of Wattpad and checked my notifications.

I saw I had a text message from Lucy so I decided to read it and respond to it.

LUCY: hey Elle I can't sleep what are you doing right now.

ELLE: nothing I'm bored af and my family is knocked out and I can't sleep.

LUCY: ugh same I kinda wanna sneak out send me ur address and I'll come get you.

ELLE: ok cool.

I sent her my address and plugged my phone in and got up and climbed out of my bed and walked out of my room.

I went into the bathroom and brushed my hair and also used the restroom then headed back into my room.

I changed into a black crop top and shorts and put my vans on sprayed some body spray on and grabbed my phone and headed out of my room.

I quietly walked downstairs and grabbed the house key and smiled widely and bit my lip.

I haven't done anything spontaneous since Shawn left and I haven't met someone as spontaneous as me.

Lucy is extremely sweet and I feel like we will automatically become best friends since we both like the same bands and things as each other.

I quickly used the restroom then headed outside and I locked the front door and waited for her to come pick me up.

A couple minutes later Lucy pulled up and parked in front of my house and I walked down the porch smiling widely.

I walked over to her car and she unlocked it and I got in and closed the door and buckled up.

Lucy locked the car and started driving out of the neighborhood and rolled down the windows.

Lucy put on Rebel Love Song by Black veil brides and we started jamming out together while she drove out of the neighborhood.

It was a really beautiful night and the breeze felt really good against my skin.

Me and Lucy laughed and jammed out to music and took pictures together.

I smiled while looking out of the window Lucy stopped at a red light and lowered her music.

She said Elle I said uh huh and looked at her she said I haven't done this in a while I said oh.

She smiled and said well i moved and me and my friends always used to do this but I moved and I didn't feel the thrill anymore.

I said oh she said yea but then I met you and I felt my rebellious side kicking in again.

I laughed and said yea and she started driving down the highway I said me and Shawn used to sneak out a good bit but then he left.

Lucy said yea I said I do wanna be rebellious and have fun but I didn't have anyone to be crazy with.

Lucy said yea I agree with you I said maybe we might become best friends Lucy smiled and said yes I would like that a lot.

Lucy smiled and raised the radio volume and we continued jamming out together and laughing together.

A little while later we picked up food and parked in a parking spot at a grocery store and Lucy turned off the car.

Me and Lucy started eating together she said so Elle tell me about your self.

I said well ok I'm a depressed suicidal person who has had a very fucked up life.

Lucy said yea me too I said well my dad was extremely verbally mentally and physically abusive to me.
