137: Pinky promise.

Liy had spent the day on her own as Coiny had been forced to spend his day with Two in their office. Word of the note had got around to everyone in the base at this point, and yet none of them had any idea who could have been responsible..well, all of them except Barfbag. Barfbag was very sure she knew exactly who it was, so was heading to her right now.

Liy had been worried about Coiny since she wanted to make sure she was always at his aid, so was worriedly waiting in her room given that she didn't have much to do, tossing her knife in her hand rhythmically while she was left with her thoughts. This was a very stressful situation.. she had been trying to think of who could be responsible for leaving a note like that but her mind drew a blank.. how the hell was she supposed to know? The only object it could be was Gelatin.. but would he really do that? He knew how risky it was.. plus with his head everywhere, surely he would have other things on his mind?

Liy knew each day that passed could possibly be her last.. it was only so long until Barfbag found out about all of this.. of course she was going to blame Liy.. Liy was the only one she COULD blame. Hell, if Liy was someone else she would blame herself too. But she KNEW she didn't do it..unless she did it in her sleep or something??

But just like she had worried..Barfbag turned up at her door, joined by Loser. The two of them seemed irritated as they barged into her room and swung the door open with a bang, clearly something had frustrated them before hand.. Liy tensed up and gripped her knife in her hand as the two of them made their way inside, shutting the door behind them with the same amount of force as they had opened it with, rattling the objects on her bedside table.

"Well well well.. did you really think you'd get away with it, Liy?" Barfbag laughed.. she clearly wasn't joking around. She seemed like she had hardly any patience, intimidating Liy once she noticed the gun that Barfbag clung to in her hands. Liy tried to pretend like she didn't see it, looking up at Barfbag with a dumbfounded expression.

"What-?" She lightly responded.

"Unbelievable.." Barfbag seethed, shaking her head and laughing as she turned away, pacing as she chuckled to herself. Loser seemed like he was impatient too, walking up to her gradually. "Now now Liy. Don't act so brainless. In what world did you think leaving that note would be a good idea? Did you REALLY think it would be that easy?" He interrogated, tilting his head mockingly.

Liy stared..they knew.

She swallowed, before jumping off her bed. "What the.. you think that was ME?!" She tried to act like she hadn't imagined they would blame her, but for some reason she felt weirdly guilty as she was accused.. maybe because she was doubting herself. "I didn't WRITE that stupid note, do you actually think I would be that dumb?!"

Loser seemed unimpressed, Barfbag storming over to Liy and stopping in front of her, there being dangerously little amount of space between them. "YOU are getting on my nerves. I've warned you time and time again.. " she spat viciously, her teeth gritting while her hands were clenched, one clutching the gun with a terrifying amount of pressure. Liy stood strong, not showing her fear to the other two. She locked her gaze with Barfbag, observing her black eye from where she stood.

Barfbag and Loser had planned to keep her alive.. but at this point they weren't sure if it was worth it. Not after what they had learned today.

"I didn't do ANYTHING!" Liy yelled back at her in her face, trying to deflect the responsibility. "I don't know WHO would leave that, but it wasn't me!" She pushed Barfbag away from her, wanting space.

Barfbag stumbled backwards, a sadistic smile curling up her face as she stepped to a hault. "Oh, ohho, you keep testing my patience, you really do. Loser, hold this." Barfbag demanded, shoving the gun into his chest. Loser held it, a little annoyed at how aggressive she was towards him.
