Chapter 174

The next morning was filled with hope, as Jason was able to crack the case and know who was behind Jimins' blackmailing. He had his members spying on his target and informed Jin about the same.

Jin woke up to Jason's news and a call from his secretary about the person who used his I'd to change the canteens food. Jin had to leave immediately to make sure that the person meant no harm.

As he reached the office, he was met with the person. The person was an intern in his own company. Jin asked his secretary to send him in as he wanted to speak privately with him.

As the intern entered, Jin could sense that the intern was nervous but still kept a straight face. Jin asked him to sit and the intern took a second to compose himself and sit down.

"What is your name?" Jin spoke with an intimating face and established his dominance over the other.

"I am Neil"

"I won't beat around the bush, let's come straight to the point why did you use my I'd and changed the canteen menu? And how did you know the password to my I'd?"

"I didn't use your ID, I hacked your ID. I didn't know the password, I hacked it. I meant no harm to anyone. In my interview they asked me what could be done to improve the company as per my point of view. It was a group discussion and I really had my points ready to explain. But, I didn't expect that your company is just like others. You just take in people based on their influence and nothing else. I was so close to clearing the round and actually being a full time employee but now that won't be possible"

The intern expressed his thoughts which confused Jin a bit.

"What do you mean?" Jin asked amused.

"Okay, so it's simple. The answer to that question was that your company lacks unity. We all know that the 5 of you work together but there is no unity in you guys. Each one of you are focused on your own self in your own life. I hacked the system 3 weeks ago and changed the menu 2 weeks ago but you just realised it now. I just changed the menu and meant no harm but what if I was an enemy and wanted to steal your confidential data? You would have known that too after 2 weeks? By then your company would have met dirt. Coming to the second fault you have no proper security. And third and most important, the subordinates you work with are not really loyal to the company. And if this continues, in another 3 years you will go bankrupt. And lastly the main reason I did this was to prove that I am more deserving than the candidate you hired!"

Jin was shocked to know that he didn't know for 3 whole weeks that his system was hacked and on top of that he and any of his brothers didn't entertain influence. Then what was going  on?

"It was wrong of me to hack into your system. But, I meant no harm and I apologise for the inconvenience and you can take any action against me, I won't oppose it"

The intern explained as Jin stumbled. He didn't know what to do. How should he believe this guy? What should he do? Was he telling the truth? He really needed any of them right now. He needed his brothers. And as if the god listened to his prayer Taehyung walked in with his cold aura.

"Neil!"

Taehyung called and Neil turned around to face his other boss.

" I am impressed with your set of skills of manipulating us. What do you think? We didn't know what you were doing? You really think we are so dumb?"

Neil's face altered for a second but he again put his confident face back on not having anything to figure.

" You never really were able to hack our system. You tried yes, but the firewalls are so strong that it wouldn't let you or anyone break in for that matter. Don't understand Kim Jimin in his work. You just asked, no sorry. You just threatened the head staff in the canteen to change the menu and do you think the head staff did so just because you said? She never did. She asked us for approval and after I approved she did as you asked or I might say played along. We kept an eye on each of your step and we know why you did this too. Your brother was fired because of his own deeds, and the reason he wasn't able to get a job was because of his criminal records which soon will be registered against you too. Also, the subordinates we work with love us like family and they will never betray us for any cost"
