My eyes pinched shut, the shriek for meat reverberating throughout the room. I groaned and reached out to an empty space, wishing he was close enough to at least shake his arm in disdain. Much to my dismay, Luffy had opted to climb on top of me, making me whine angrily.

"Hey! Hey hey! M'! Time to get up! I'm hungryyyy!" He said leaning down so close that his nose touched my cheek.

"You eat, I sleep." I mumbled, making Luffy groan.

"Nooo, I don't want to leave you!" He said laying down on me in protest. "Get uuuuup."

I whined again, being sure to keep my eyes shut and my lips closed in fear I might start laughing at his silliness.

"Misakiiiii!" Luffy whined, opting to shower me with kisses as I stifled a giggle.

"Noooo! I'm mad at you for waking me uuuup." I whined.

"Will you be mad at me if I do this?" Luffy asked, wiggling his fingers against my waist as I tried desperately not to laugh.

"F-furious!" I choked out it as I began to laugh.

I rolled onto my back as giggles bubbled out of me, Luffy relentlessly ticking me as he laughed.

"C'mon c'mon c'mooooooon!" He said urgently, wiggling his nose against mine as I laughed. I tried to push his hands away but that only encouraged him.

"Luffyyyyy! Stoooooop!" I said, giggling uncontrollably.

"Not until you and I go eat some meat!" He said, a wry grin on his face.

"Fine FIIIINE just STOP TICKLING ME!" I forced out.

Luffy stopped ticking me and sat up, still straddling me. He tilted his head as he looked at me and then grinned.

"You're reaaaal pretty. You know that?" Luffy said, making me blush.

"G-get out of here!" I said as his grin widened.

"No matter where we are," He muttered, making me swoon. "You will always be the prettiest."

"To you, maybe." I said, raising an eyebrow.

"Everyone thinks you're pretty, M'. Someday I hope you will too." He said, leaning down to peck me on the lips. I let my fingers grasp at his shirt and pulled him closer, making him gasp. His hands found their way to my face, making me swoon. He started nestling back down with me, his hands sliding down to my hips and giving them a squeeze when a loud growl rang from his stomach. "Oh." He said, pulling away for a minute.

I took the opportunity to roll him onto his back, switching positions as he looked at me stunned. A hint of red tinged his cheeks as he looked up at me. I couldn't hold back my grin as my grip on his shirt changed to a tickle fest, making him laugh out loud.

"Ok ok OK I'm sorry! I deserve it! Please stooooop!" Luffy howled, making me laugh and kiss him on the cheek before rolling away from him. "Can we go get meat now?"

    "Yeah. I guess so. Though, I will say this is definitely the most non-romantic way to wake someone up after a reconciliation." I said stingily.

   "Awe shit. Did you want romance?" Luffy said, pulling me toward him. He slowly brought his lips to mine, only to be disrupted by the growling of his stomach. "Shut up, stomach! I'm trying to be romantic!"

   "Ha! It's ok, Lu. Let's go get some food."

"I didn't think you lovebirds would emerge so early!" Kramer said as Luffy and Misaki came to the kitchen.
