"What do you mean, 'that's it?!', momma?!" Misaki said, pouting a little. "I think that's a pretty big step!"

Jean cleared her throat before throwing Nami a look. I can't believe that little shit chickened out AGAIN.

"Mom!" Misaki whined.

"I just.... I guess that's was the natural next step. I'm sorry, hunny. I guess I'm just not all that surprised."

"I'd say this is a pretty big step for both of us."

"Well, hunny, it's not like you haven't lived with other men before. And it's not like you don't technically already live with this man." Jean said, rolling her eyes.

She didn't want to make light of her relationship like this, but she couldn't think of any other way to respond, considering what she thought the 'big news' was gonna be.

"Well I know that. I guess it's more of a big step for Luffy. I mean, after all, I never even thought he was gonna fall in love, let alone this." Misaki said, making Nami laugh.

"To be fair, it took us by surprise too. But now he's a total simp!"

"Heyyy, no need to call him that!" Misaki said, waving at them.

"You're right," Jean snickered, "he's just in loooove."

"And ready to take the first step into a more adult relationship too!" Nami said.

"Wait... did Luffy ever date before Misaki?" Carrot said.

"I know he lost his V card to her..." Jean sighed.

"Oh my!" Carrot said, eliciting a shush from Nami.

"Momma J! Carrot's only like 15!"

"Oh shit! Sorry Carrot!"

"It's ok! Utea didn't know!" Carrot said, smiling.

"No, but seriously!" Jean said, turning back to Nami. "Did he ever date anybody else?"

"The closest thing he came to dating was Hancock fawning over him nonstop." Nami laughed. "The man had zero interest in women."

"Now that utea mention it, I only ever remember Luffy ogling food!" Carrot laughed.

"Oh trust me, he still does that." Robin said, flipping a page in her book.

"It's crazy to think he has room in his heart for anybody else, the way his stomach is!" Nami giggled.

"I call it mistress meat!" I laughed.

"But wait!" Carrot said, wanting to go back in the conversation. "That means you're Luffy's first love?!"

"I uh... I guess you could say that." I mulled, tapping my chin lightly.

"Awwwe! That's so sweeeet!" Carrot swooned.

"Sweet?" Nami scoffed. "They are downright sickening!"

"But in the best way." Jean added.

"Hey." Luffy said, appearing from the top of the mizzenmast. "You guys talking about me?"

"Only a lot." Jean said, making Misaki shush her. "Mostly just how in love you guys are."

"'S that so?" Luffy said, swinging down to sit with the girls, sitting on a chair backwards so that he could cross cross his arms over it and lean closer. "Carry on."
