A/N: first of all, let me thank @easepotter once again for giving me the idea. I really like the idea in general, but like all other requests, I'm changing to up a bit so that I have more writing freedom. If I don't, everything seems forced and rushed. I hope it doesn't discourage you guys to recommend one shot ideas. I love hearing about new ships!

Also, in this story, Cedric doesn't die. Just saying so I don't have to write angst shit at the end of this. Hope y'all understand.

I also moved some events around because it wouldn't make sense story wise if i didn't.

..........

"Ginny-"

"You're gay! You can't be!" Harry flinched at Ginn'y voice. Luckily no one was around to hear her, but still, Harry was wary.

"I'm not gay, I'm bisexual. I'm sorry I'm not into you. I see you as a sister Ginny." Harry tried to explain.

"I can't believe this!" Ginny stormed off leaving Harry standing there. He leaned against the wall, the could brick pressing against any exposed skin.

First it was the tournament, then Ron, then Cedric, now this. Ron got mad because Harry was in the tournament that he didn't sign up for! Even though they made up now. Cho and Cedric were pretty much a thing and Harry hated that and now Ginny.

There was really nothing for him to do but grin and bear it. With this in mind, he headed out to the courtyard, to get some fresh air.

The air outside was brittle, signs of the coming winter. Harry shivered a bit, since he really wasn't wearing much.

"You're going to catch a cold you know?" Harry jumped and looked besides him, where Cedric smiled down on him.

"I just needed some fresh air. I didn't expect it would be this chilly." Harry shrugged.

"You should head inside then. It would suck if you weren't able to compete anymore." Cedric suggested.

"I don't want to be in this stupid tournament anyways. I almost lost a friend already because if it." Harry looked back towards the castle. It was a grand one, but for some reason, instead of feeling like home, right now it felt like a prison. Still, he'd rather be here than back with his relatives.

"If they get upset over something that small, are they really your friend?" Cedric offered.

"Maybe not. I'm heading back inside before my fingers turn blue." Harry said softly.

"That's a pretty good idea." Cedric smiled at Harry again and walked off. Harry walked back inside and made his way towards the great hall, where everyone was probably hanging out since it was pretty close to dinner.

Ron and Hermione were in the middle of a game of Wizard's chess.

"Harry! Where have you been?" Hermione asked.

"I was just outside for a bit. I think I stood out too long." Harry joked, sitting next to her.

"Of course you were." Nothing was out of the ordinary then.

When the next day came, Harry noticed people whispering as he walked by, and when he glance at them, they stopped. He had no idea what was going on at all.

"Harry!" Hermione yanked Harry to this small alcove in the castle that no one could see.

"Huh? Hermione, where did you come from?" Harry questioned.

"Harry, are you gay?" She asked, not even trying to soften the blow.

"What? No, I'm bisexual!" Harry corrected. Hermione leaned against the wall, closing her eyes and letting out a heavy sigh.
