Luna ~ That Girl Is Strange

A/N: I love this girl so much, she needs a song.

I just changed a bit to a classic adding a joke ship as well because I can. :p just a fun mini chapter.

(In a world Cedric didn't die. Also moving him a year back for this joke)

Luna wandered the halls, heading off to the library to get some books.

"Hogwarts, it's a great big school
Every day like the one before
This school, full of great big people
Waking up to say..."

The school seemed to go all good with her singing, like they were in a musical.

"Hello! Hey!
Hello! Hey! Hello!"

"There goes Draco with his crew, like always
The same old brags and insults to repeat
Every morning just the same
Since the morning that I came
To this great, gigantic school"

Neville walked by and noticed Luna.

"Good Morning, Luna!"

"Good morning, Neville!
Have you lost something again?"

Neville laughed.

"Well, I think I have
Problem is, I've—I can't remember what!" Oh well, I'm sure it'll come to me. Where are you off to?"

Luna smiled and shrugged.

"To return this book to the library.
It's about monsters such as nargles."

"Sounds interesting."

As they parted the school seemed once again to pick up an unknown cue

"Look there she goes, that girl is strange, no question.
Dazed and distracted, can't you tell?
Never part of any crowd
'Cause her head's up on some cloud
No denying she's a funny girl that Luna!"

"Morning! Good day! How is your family?"

"Morning! Good day! How is your girlfriend?"

Someone started talking to the twin.

"I need six tricks! That's too expensive!"

"There must be more than this magical life!"

"Ahh, if it isn't one of the only bookworms in the school! So, what did you learn this week?" The librarian asked.

"Monsters that populate the U.K..
I didn't want to come back
Have you got any new things to learn?"

"I'm afraid not...
But you may re-read any of the old ones that you'd like."

Luna smiled and grabbed a fairy tail she remembered loving before.

"Your library makes this school more interesting."

The librarian chuckled.

"Goodbye!"

"Look there she goes, the girl is so peculiar.
I wonder if she's feeling well
With a dreamy, far-off look
And her nose stuck in a book
What a puzzle to the rest of us is Luna."

Luna smiled to herself and whispered in song. Reading the silly tale.

"Oh, isn't this amazing?
It's my favourite part because—you'll see!
Here's where she meets Prince Charming
But she won't discover that it's him 'til Chapter Three!"
