......................

25 years ago, Ginny first saw Harry on the platform. His messy hair she could never say, his sloppy and broken glasses that covered his green eyes, the lightning scar that was perched on his forehead. 25 years ago, she fell for him. Ginny Weasley fell for Harry Potter.

24 years ago, Ginny started Hogwarts, much to her happiness, in Gryffindor. She fell further and further in love with Harry, who couldn't hardly give her the time of day. Ginny wrote her precious feelings in a little journal, one that would lead to Harry having to save her.

23 years ago, the prisoner of Azkaban escaped. Harry was in danger. While she should've feared for her life, she feared more for Harry, her little crush not leaving her precious soul. She couldn't stop loving him.

22 years ago, Harry was entered in the goblet of fire. Ginny was about ready to get over him, and move on, but something told her to keep holding on. She supported Harry and was there as his friend, but little did he know, Ginny was madly in love with him.

21 years ago, Ginny tried to date other people to get him of her mind. But, Harry crept right back and sat there, never leaving. The glances that they had never helping. But when poor Ginny saw Harry falling for Cho, she felt her heart break, but she still loved him. She would stay by his side.

20 years ago, Ginny dated Dean, hoping to rid of the pain. But when Harry started showing feelings towards her, she wanted to escape Dean. She shared her first kiss with Harry, making her happy, until he said they couldn't be. She was still in love.

19 years ago, she needed Harry. And as war broke out, she wanted for Harry to be okay. And it was she, who was most broken, believing Harry was dead. But as the smoke raised and the battle ceases, her Harry was okay. Her Harry, was okay.

18 years ago, she finished Hogwarts, in love with Harry. She dated Harry and loved him, they kissed and laughed and were a couple. For once, she was content.

17 years ago, Ginny married her celebrity crush. Harry Potter. She and him got hitched and they were happy, especially Ginny.

16 years ago, they settled down and bought a home, attending the wedding of Hermione and Ron. Ginny loved Harry still.

15 years ago, Ginny and Harry talked about having children, wanting badly to be parents.

14 years ago, Ginny found out she was pregnant and told Harry. They rejoiced when they found out.

13 years ago, James Sirius Potter was born. The firstborn child of the Potter's.

12 years ago, Ginny found out she was pregnant again, little James not knowing what was going on.

11 years ago, Albus Severus Potter was born into the world, making the married couple happy.

10 years ago, Ginny was pregnant again.

9 years ago, Lilly Luna Potter was born, the last child to be born to the Potter's. Hopefully.

8 years ago, they prepared for the future of their children, all showing signs of magic.

7 years ago, Ginny and Harry got into their first fight, but soon made up when the kids cried.

6 years ago, James learned about who he was named after. And why they were important.

5 years ago Albus learned about who he was named after.

4 years ago, James studied up on spells to prepare for Hogwarts, his parents masters at Magic.

3 years ago, they bought James supplies for Hogwarts next year.

2 years ago, James went to Hogwarts, entering Gryffindor.

1 year ago, Albus was worried about what house he would get.

Now, Albus was off to Hogwarts, his future ahead of him.

"Hey, remember when we were little kids?" Harry questioned Ginny as they and Luna walked home.

"Yeah. 25 years ago, I saw you on the platform and fell in love with you. Now, 25 years later, were happily married with three kids." Ginny smiled.

"I'm surprised you didn't give up on me. I was pretty dumb at times when we attended Hogwarts." Harry smiled.

"I was so close, but then you came along and ruined any chance of me getting cover you. I guess good things happen to those who wait." Ginny smiled sweetly.

"I guess they do." Harry smiled wider, kissing Ginny on the lips.

"Mom, dad, no PDA!" Lily giggled.

"You're adorable Lily. Have I ever told you the story of who we named you after.........." Harry trailed as the three of them left, the platform still containing the first memory of Ginny and Harry, still holding every last memory. The memories sweet and bitter. And like Ginny said, good things happen to those who wait. Even if it takes the idiot 25 years to realize.
