There were quite a lot of tense errors and spelling errors, nothing a quick proofread won't fix.

A lot of writers don't do this enough but you did it, you let us know the main character outside of their love story, we got to know Sage before we got to know him with Kate.

It is not new or unique but you made it your own, we have all seen the childhood friends to lovers troupe but this is a unique take on it. Usually the main character goes back to their home town and meets the friend again and all that boring stuff but you made it different.

I love how you show us Nithan's emotions, your writing style effectively conveys his thoughts and emotions and not in the melodramatic cliche way. There was literally a part in the book that made me sad because I could relate to it so much. I have always seen unrequited love but you managed to word it perfectly.
