Narrator pov. Continuing~

They got to the restaurant and met Takagi and Shiratori who greeted Sato first before Takagi asked why their group was with her and she explained how they bumped into each other and wanted to treat them.

The two policemen then notice Miyuki who Sato and Irene collectively introduced her again before Sato asked the two what they were doing there.

After that conversation and Sato inviting the two to karaoke, Shiratori started to leave to his car, Miyuki and Irene looked at each other as they purposefully stood closer to his car to get to him.

When he got in the car and Edogawa asked Takagi more about the tip, Miyuki and Irene both moved over after pretending to listen, running to Shiratori as Miyuki pulled him out of the car the moment he opened the door again, getting him a bit further from the explosion.

It worked, but Miyuki got herself a few burns so now Irene is treating both of them, Shiratori first, obviously, though for him she couldn't help too much or it'd be suspicious so she just wrapped his head with a bandage before treating Miyuki's arm just when Sato came over.

Edogawa looked at the two girls before giving them a bit of a grateful nod, since he checked Shiratori's pulse and saw that he wasn't in a very serious condition even though he still needed treatment.

Sato got Shiratori away from the burning car as Irene helped Miyuki to get up and they all got away so they wouldn't get involved in another explosion.

When the police came and took care of the car fire, and the ambulance arrived, they treated Miyuki first and it turned out, as Irene expected, her burns weren't serious since she braced for the explosion while helping Shiratori, so she was going to be fine.

The kids and Edogawa discussed what just happened, and then Shiratori passed Sato the fax paper that was in his car.

Sato gasped as she recognized what it was before reading it out loud and then she started holding the paper in a tight grip and glaring at it.

Miyuki and Irene gave each other knowing glances, both feeling bad for Sato.

After the ambulance loaded Shiratori onto the stretcher and left, Sato called Megure to tell the situation.

When Chiba brought Sato's car over, Irene looked at Miyuki who responded to the silent question by taking out her car key, with a wink.

Irene smiled.

And so, after assuring Agasa that he didn't have to worry about calling for Irene, the two girls left the group and went to Miyuki's car.

Irene's eyes sparkled when she realized it was the car the two had always shared the dream of having, "You got a Jaguar?!" 

(Yep, that's the car up there. You're welcome)

Miyuki grinned, "Obviously! You thought I'd forget about our dream car or something?" she pressed the button to unlock the door, "Still wanna ride?"

Irene grinned widely, "Is that even a question?!" 

And so, the two got in the Jaguar as Miyuki took off, the girls laughed as they sped through the road, within the speed limit, catching up with the others.

AN: Done! Hope you guys liked it!

Well, Irene and Miyuki at least saved Shiratori from being as seriously injured as the original so that's good, though he still needed to go to the hospital.

Awww, Irene's reaction to Miyuki's car was cute! And now they're in a car ride together.

Before anyone who knows about cars says something like "A Jaguar isn't that impressive" they were both kids when they saw it give me a break! 

I don't know much about cars, I just chose this one since it looked good enough and it's fast.
