AN: The part where they take the hijackers down. Hope you enjoy it!

Narrator pov. Continuing~

After discussing the plan, Irene turned the entrance roof hatch over to open it, and after she and KID nodded at each other, she slid it open.

Irene went ahead and found the two bombs, defusing them again.

Once done, she snuck back inside the ship and locked the infirmary from the outside.

Then she went back to the restricted area, just as KID went ahead and made some thud sounds.

She hid as one hijacker, Cat A, was sent to check it out, and KID deployed a smoke bomb somewhere to lure him there.

As he got confused and blinded, KID knocked him out.

She saw KID then sneak inside, and let him do his part of the plan.

She herself snuck back inside a bit after him.

She got in there in time to hear the sounds of confusion, meaning that KID deployed his smoke bombs in the lounge and dining room.

Irene went after the waitress, using her glove to knock her out with an ashtray she picked up, KID knocking the gun out with his cardgun.

After that, she let KID take care of tying all the criminals up with his many strings as a magician, including the reporter-lady and cameraman, since Irene told him about them.

Once the smoke had dissipated in the lounge, all the hostages were greeted by the sight of KID throwing the bad guys' weapons in front of them, now taking out the cameraman and the reporter-lady's guns.

Suzuki was the first to react, "KID-sama!"

Then the kids noticed Irene, and Ayumi said, "Irene-chan! You're back!" while running toward her.

Irene opened her arms as Ayumi tackled her in a hug.

When Ginzo seemed to process that KID was right there, he went to move, "KID!"

KID instead bowed, then disappeared with a puff of smoke.

Irene then recalled something, and, while still in Ayumi's hug, she turned to Ai, "The criminals posted their hijack on the net to scare everyone down there and steal from temples."

Ai nodded, "I'm on it." She went to her and Agasa's room to get her laptop.

Mouri questioned, "How do you know that, Irene-chan?"

Irene had an answer ready, "I saw the panic on the news, and KID joked about how this would be a lucky break for thieves. The security system exists, but he pointed out temples don't have that."

Suzuki obviously swooned, "Ah, KID-sama is so smart to have figured that out!"

Ginzo scoffed, "More like a thief would recognize another thief and their thinking."

After Ayumi let go of Irene, everyone looked back at the tied-up criminals.

The others mostly noticed the guns next to the two other members.

Mouri said, "I didn't expect Kasumi-san and Ishimoto-san also to be..."

Irene then approached Ginzo, "Ginzo-ojisan?"

He looked down at her and crouched, "What is it?"

She whispered, "Isn't it weird how the bad guys used bombs twice and didn't just threaten to spread the bacteria through the window? And the fact they did all this to try and steal Buddha statues..."

Ginzo's eyes narrowed, and he stood up and then turned to his officers, who were also close enough to listen.

They nodded and he took out his gun before approaching the leader, taking the ample he had on him, holding it out while pointing the gun at him to ask, "What is really in here?"

Irene sat down then, letting the police and Ai fix that part before going to the quarantined people.

AN: Done! Hope you guys liked it!

Yep, Irene and Kaito work together to take the hijackers all down and tie them up.

And now Ai is updating on the internet post to calm people back down while Ginzo is prying out the truth about the bacteria.

The next chapter will be the last one, hopefully.
