Narrator pov. On the streets~

It was the weekend, and the detective boys were walking together, Genta carrying a soccer ball as they were going to the park to play soccer.

Irene, of course, only agreed once she knew even Edogawa would come, not forgetting the danger of coming to Beika without being with him right now.

Colorless or not, she still knew to be cautious of Vermouth.

Genta started a conversation by exclaiming, "We'll beat you girls, this time!"

Ai smirked and replied, "Well, you can keep dreaming."

Ayumi giggled and said, "Yeah! As long as Irene-chan is on our team, you can't beat us easily!"

Irene blinked, her expression unchanging, "You guys..."

But then Mitsuhiko said, "Well, Conan-kun is the one who knows soccer the most, so he's our ticket to winning!"

'And yet we both got a draw all those other matches...' both Irene and Edogawa thought, glancing at each other.

Feeling a familiar tingle, Irene stopped walking.

Her angel sense was acting up.

Edogawa saw that she stopped and stopped himself, which got everyone else to notice, "What's wrong?"

She responded emotionlessly, "I'm getting the same feeling I got when we found Ginga. Someone needs help."

That made everyone except Ai realize what she meant, as Ai wasn't there yet when they found Ginga together.

The real kids looked serious as they looked at her, and Edogawa said, "Lead the way."

She nodded before starting to walk back while focusing on following her Angel Sense again.

They ended up in an alley entry that led to a kids' park, and sniffling could be heard from the alley itself.

'The voice sounds familiar...' Irene thought as she approached the sobbing.

Only to find a familiar black-haired pigtailed pre-school girl sitting in the alley and crying.

Mia was the one who needed rescuing again.

Irene called out softly, her voice still unfeeling, "Mia-chan?"

The little girl perked up at the voice and looked over, only for her eyes to widen, recognizing Irene as well, as she exclaimed, "Oneechan!"
