Narrator pov. At the Kamen Yaiba show~

Loud cheers came from all the children in the audience who were watching the Yaiba play on the stage.

The detective boys were among the crowd watching the show and cheering, well, all of them except for the shrunken duo.

Edogawa was bored and annoyed about having to come here, while Irene just didn't feel anything while watching to cheer anyway, especially not when she knew the 'Yaiba' on stage was a bad guy who didn't deserve the role.

Ayumi then turned to them, "Irene-chan, Conan-kun, do you hate Yaiba?" that snapped Edogawa out of his thoughts and he answered that he loved it before forcing himself to cheer.

Irene just gave Ayumi a shrug, reminding her that she didn't exactly feel anything to want to cheer so Ayumi just turned back to the show.

After the show ended, the detective boys got autographs from 'Yaiba' and then took a picture with him. Irene was the only one not smiling or holding up a peace sign in the picture where they all stood around 'Yaiba' and showed their autographs to the camera.

Edogawa didn't like the fact that he was having fun and when they went to eat, Irene asked Edogawa to go somewhere to talk.

"I need you to call the police and get them here." Irene said, as blunt as usual, when they were alone.

Edogawa narrowed his eyes and asked, "Why? Who are they arresting?"

Irene explained, "You know the department store robbery gang from the news who break into stores at late hours? They're the people playing Yaiba and the bad guys from the show here, and their boss is the elevator girl. So can you?"

He nodded and went to find a phone to call, "Sure." with that Irene, left him to it and then reminded Genta to take his autograph after he finished his hot dog, avoiding even that little detail from happening later.

Edogawa came back after he was done, lying to the kids by telling them that he went to the bathroom, as he gave Irene a nod to tell her it was done, she nodded back.

When it was almost closing time, they rode the elevator to the first floor to go home. The shrunken duo kept their distance from the elevator girl during the ride.

Then they left the elevator when it arrived at the floor and the real kids waved at the elevator girl while the duo ignored her as they walked out.

Irene had to get going to the train station now so she told her friends farewell and left the group, being able to hear some police sirens on her way.
