Narrator pov. Continuing on the emergency lifeboat~

Miyuki sat up as she suddenly had a bad feeling, startling the two girls with her as Mouri asked, "Miyuki-san? What's wrong?"

Miyuki looked back at the ship, 'Sakura...' "Hakase, is there a way to contact Conan-kun?" She looked at the inventor once she had asked the question.

Agasa blinked, before realizing from her expression that it was urgent, and he frowned, shaking his head, "I don't have a spare badge on me, and nothing that will reach his other devices either. We will have to see him in person if we want to talk to him."

Miyuki narrowed her eyes, clicking her tongue softly. She didn't blame Agasa, of course, but the sudden possibility of Irene not having been careful enough made Miyuki anxious.

Meanwhile, Edogawa was now coming back to the ship using the motorboat, listening to Kogoro, who was revealing the true culprit, through the transmitter in the older detective's cufflinks connected to Edogawa's glasses.

When Edogawa passed by the boat Miyuki and the others were in, Miyuki looked out at him.

She would've called out to him, but she knew Kogoro needed him to be there, that, and she couldn't exactly explain what she knew happened to Irene with the two girls right there.

 She narrowed her eyes, her fists clenching, 'Hopefully, our boat would still be the one to go rescue the captain...'

She didn't know what she could do otherwise.

She waited with baited breath, her hands clasped tightly, noticing Agasa also realizing what was wrong as he was looking at her anxiously.

For a moment, she lost hope and thought another boat would be the one to go.

And then...

She heard and felt their boat moving back in the direction of the ship.

Immediately, she let out a breath she didn't know she'd been holding and leaned back in her seat, 'Yokatta...'

After a while, they arrive by the ship, and Norizama called out, "Captain! Captain!" up to the ship deck.

Kaidou was seen looking down from the ship deck at them. Miyuki ignored him while the crew members kept waving up at him before she noticed Kogoro, Akiyoshi, and Edogawa also peeking out.

She noted that Edogawa took a bit longer than the others to peek, and he seemed... suspicious of something.

It gave her hope.

A bit later, Kaidou, Kogoro, Akiyoshi, and Edogawa were by the boat, ready to get on and leave the sinking ship.

As Akiyoshi got on, Miyuki didn't wait for Edogawa to ask anything; instead, she looked around before asking, "Ne, Kogoro-san, where's Irene-chan? I thought she was with you."

Edogawa perked up at that while Kogoro looked confused, "What are you talking about, Michiyuki-san?"

Mouri peeked her head out, "I dropped my gold medal back in my hide and seek spot, and Irene-chan offered to go get it since she said she knew where I hid." She looked worried, "Isn't she with you, Otousan?"

Immediately, Edogawa ran back up the ship with Kogoro calling after him before following.

Miyuki watched him leave, 'Save her, Shinichi-kun... Please...'

With Irene, she was still shaking and hugging herself inside the storage area, shakily breathing, not able to speak in her fearful panic, which grew worse, 'Someone... Please... Help...'

What she didn't know was that now there was hope.

AN: Done! Hope you guys liked it!

Yep, another cliffhanger. Don't we love those? :D

Anyway, sorry for taking so long, I got busy on the days I'm usually not. But I'll be free for 4 days, including today, so yay! 

Well, thankfully, nothing else changed in the movie; otherwise, Conan probably wouldn't have found out about Irene, as Hakase had no way to contact him for Miyuki.

Irene's panic attack is getting worse, though, so let's hope he finds her in time before she passes out.

Bet you all are even more anxious to see how it ends since the next chapter is the last part, huh? :3
