Narrator pov. At the lodge lobby after dinner~

Irene had heard about Genta's stomach and asked about it around dinner without really any worry, as he was already eating again anyway.

They were all now walking in through the lobby as Ayumi exclaimed, "That was delicious!"

Mitsuhiko agreed, and Genta, as usual, mentioned how he'd have nothing to whine about if they had Unajuu.

Suzuki commented on how his stomach sure could take a lot, even after how much he ate at lunch. Mitsuhiko joked that Genta had more than one stomach, which Genta happily patted his belly as he announced he could stuff it more.

Ayumi then changed the subject as she saw the souvenir shop, suggesting buying a souvenir for Kobayashi as she ran to the shop. The real boys liked the idea and ran after her, Genta noting that they had eel pies on sale.

Suzuki and Mouri decided to join them. Irene looked up at Agasa, who blinked, before she also walked into the shop, with him following. Ai entered after them.

While Ai helped the kids with picking a souvenir for Kobayashi, Irene gently tugged Agasa away and emotionlessly said, "Let's get you a souvenir for Fusae-san."

He blushed at the mention of his girlfriend, but seemed to like the idea as he smiled, "Thank you, Irene-kun."

With a nod from her, they both start looking around the shop for something that the designer would like as a souvenir.

Already, the most famous souvenirs in here, the wooden owls, the bear buns, and the swan coffee mug, were out of the question.

So they browsed through the shelves more thoroughly.

In the end, Irene found postcards featuring artwork of the landscape and festival decor, along with a glow-in-the-dark snowflake keychain, which she believed represented the diamond dust phenomenon that could occur around here.

She held both items up to Agasa, seeing they were cheap, and asked, "How about these?"

Agasa lit up, taking the keychain and only one of the postcards, "They're wonderful. I'm sure she'd love it!"

He smiled down at her and, since they were in a corner away from anyone else, said softly, "Thank you, Sakura-kun."

Irene nodded at him, her expression not changing, "You're welcome, Hakase."

And for everyone else in the group, the souvenir hunting went as expected, and Irene noticed Edogawa run off and Mouri taking out her phone.

AN: Done! Hope you guys liked it!

Yep, Irene spends this chapter helping Agasa get a souvenir for Fusae. Love this ship. X3

And yeah, I'll admit it, I had no other ideas on what souvenirs this place could offer that Fusae would like.

My first idea was artwork fliers of the festival, but then I was like, "Irene can make those by hand and give them to Hakase for free, though."

I knew something leaf-related would fit, but with how this village is in the snowy mountains, I didn't think it'd make sense that they have something like that on sale.

So I searched up what souvenir shops usually sell and went with this in the end.

It helped to know that she'd appreciate anything he thoughtfully gets her, even if it's a bit cheap, because she's the rich one between them, so yeah.

So what did you guys think? Did you like it? Which part was your favorite? Hope to see your feedback soon!

That's all. See you next chapter!

Stay sweet, my fellow anime lovers!~
