AN: This happens on a Monday, the day after the last chapter. Hope you enjoy it!

Narrator pov. At School~

Irene had entered the class in a somewhat good mood, though her inability to sleep immediately, due to her usual insomnia, was able to hide it so the others didn't notice much, which was fine.

Even Edogawa didn't notice, though that was understandable since he must still have what happened last weekend on his mind.

Haibara on the other hand...

During lunch, she gave her the same look she did when she wanted to talk the week Edogawa had amnesia as she stood up and said, "I'm going to the bathroom."

Wondering what Haibara might want to talk about, Irene waited a few minutes like last time, relieved that Edogawa did forget about those times in this situation, and stood up after her, after eating a bit more, then said the same excuse before following her.

"You wanted to talk?" Irene asked the moment she met Haibara again in the private hallway where no one would disturb them.

Haibara had a curious but a bit suspicious look on her face as she nodded and answered, "Yes. I noticed you seem to be in a good mood. Hakase also said he saw Michiyuki-san's car driving around yesterday when he went out for a bit."

Irene smiled, "Ah, that. Yeah, Miyuki and I decided to celebrate the capture of... well, you know." Haibara nodded, so she continued, "So what Hakase saw was Miyuki and me having a fun car ride."

Haibara seemed amused, smirking a bit, "He~eh? So what else did you do?"

Irene nodded, "Yeah, we had breakfast together at a cafe- they served strawberry dishes that were amazing!- Talked for a bit, then played in the park before getting lunch and having another fast drive. In the end, Miyuki took me to the station since she still needed to get back to work soon."

Irene hadn't realized that her eyes lit up when talking about that day, especially the strawberry part, but Haibara did, and she seemed endeared by it.

Irene then remembered something, "Ah, actually, now that I have the chance to ask, how have Hakase and Fusae-san been?"

She had almost forgotten the effect she helped make there during all this Kir business. They both start walking back to class.

Now it was Haibara's turn to smile slightly, "Hakase always keeps his phone on and with him in the house so that he could answer every call from her. She calls twice a day, and Hakase always seems to light up the same way he does when he makes a new invention, but even happier."

Irene nodded as she listened, smiling as she felt happy for the kind inventor.

"She had already sent some gifts after Hakase gave the address. I'm thinking of getting him to ask her to send some products from her brand soon." Haibara seemed to smile as she started thinking of all the products she could have discounted thanks to Agasa's relationship with the designer and owner.

Irene giggled, "I'm sure she won't mind. She will probably be more than happy to know that the girl Hakase is taking care of is a fan of her brand."

Haibara nodded, "Yeah. She is coming over next weekend to visit. I might ask her then."

Irene smiled, "Good luck."

Haibara nodded, "Thank you. And Congratulations to you."

Irene smiled wider and nodded, "Arigato."

And that was when they reached their class, so they both ended the conversation there and entered with a shared understanding and a stronger connection between them.

Yep, this was about how Ai noticed Irene looking a bit happier. Conan didn't because he was still cautious and thinking about what happened.

They had a talk, and Ai was happy for her.

And we find out how Fugasa's been doing! People wanted to see at least some proof that their being a thing is affecting the story, so there you go! :D
