Narrator pov. Continuing~

"Now, if you'll excuse us." Miyuki said with a smile down at Irene, who returned it, "Irene-chan and I want to go have fun after a long time of being apart in celebration of this."

James smiled and replied, "Of course, have fun."

Jodie crossed her arms with a smile, "I feel like I'm being replaced here, Miyu-chan."

Miyuki giggled, "Jodie-san, you're still my work friend. But my actual best friend comes first."

With a wave, Miyuki took Irene's hand and walked with her out the door, "Ja ne! Contact me if anything happens!"

When out the door and on the way to the parking lot, Miyuki took out her keys with a grin at Irene, who was already getting excited, "Want to go on a happy drive first?"

Irene grinned widely, "Do you even have to ask?"

So, when inside Miyuki's Jaguar car, Miyuki drove off fast, making sure not to completely go over the speed limit and not to scare other cars with the route she was taking.

Irene, with her seatbelt on, had raised her arms up and started laughing hysterically, "This is awesome, Miyu! I can't believe you get to just drive it every day without permission now!"

Miyuki laughed while driving, "I know, right?! I was always the oldest between us, but the circumstances I got it through are so lucky!"

Irene then had a teasing smile, "Imagine if that catches a certain someone's attention."

Miyuki blushed, "Sakura!"

Irene just laughed harder as Miyuki continued to drive.

They eventually did stop at an actual destination, a cafe with good prices.

Irene had her eyes immediately on one option in the menu, "Strawberry soup...?" She looked up at Miyuki with eyes lit up, "They have... strawberry soup..."

Miyuki giggled, "Yeah, and they have strawberry crepes too, imagine how they'd taste dipped in the soup."

Miyuki had to stifle a laugh as Irene seemed to have stars in her eyes at the suggested taste.

With the shrunken brunette's choices obvious, Miyuki ordered the crepes and soup for her, while ordering waffles and a chocolate parfait for herself.

While waiting for the food, Miyuki realized something: "Did you tell Kaito-kun to get you leftovers of their breakfast or that you'll eat out?"
