How to Request

Hello!

Welcome to Elephant Reviews.

We will not accept stories in the following genres, as we are not equipped to critique these areas:

- Poetry

- Non-Fiction

- Spiritual

- Fanfiction 

- Erotica 

- Literary Fiction

(We are no longer accepting new Fanfiction and Literary Fiction requests after April 22, 2020. We will complete the Fanfiction & LitFic already in the queue)

At this time, we are only reviewing stories in English.

We may decline your request. Even though we would like to be able to provide a review for everyone, we don't want to accept if we feel like we aren't able to do your story justice.

If we really don't like a book, we won't force ourselves to keep reading, but we are prepared to give anything a fair chance.

Our reviews are simply opinions, and they are meant for constructive feedback. We will try to be more honest rather than gentle. However, please do not feel obligated to change anything if you do not wish to or agree.

The review will loosely follow this outline:

- First Impressions (ex. Cover, blurb, title)

- Mechanics (ex. Grammar, sentence structure, etc.)

- Plot

- Characters
