Requested by _soeen: Y/N and Peter are ex-lovers, Y/N left because she got pregnant. After three years, Y/N needs to hire a babysitter to look after her son, Levi, who is the baby that she got pregnant with. Peter is working part-time and so responds to the advert. When he comes over, he's shocked when he sees Levi and his first thought is that she left him for another guy. After a while, Peter confronts Y/N and she explains everything.

I sat on the bed, tears rolling down my face and my body numb as I just stared into space. My head pounded as a result of the constant stream of tears, the incessant pain being my body's way of telling me that I needed water. I didn't want to move, though. I felt completely numb, not a single movement spread through my body. After all, I was about to leave the love of my life, Peter Parker. Peter and I had been dating for a couple of years now, though I'd be the first to admit that we'd potentially be considered more lovers than partners. But that didn't matter. What mattered is that I was now pregnant, with Peter's baby. I choked and buried my hands into my face as I tried to work out how this had happened. Well, I knew how it had happened, but Peter and I had always been so careful due to the fact that we were only nineteen, and he was an Avenger, so could die on any given day. After hours of sobbing and mind-numbing pain, I had decided to keep the baby. The problem with that was that I didn't want to be a burden to Peter by pushing such responsibility onto him. Even if he wanted me to have an abortion or to put the baby up for adoption, knowing him, that would still be too much for him to handle. And so, I was leaving him. He was currently on a mission, which would make it significantly easier to leave without risk of him coming back before I was gone and trying to stop me. I sniffed, wiping my nose with my tissue as I stood up. I put my backpack onto my back before grabbing my two suitcases and wheeling them through the apartment. Tears continued to stream down my face, making my vision blurry as I wheeled the bags into the living room. I put my keys down on the dresser for Peter to find when he got home, my heart tearing itself apart as I opened the door. I bit my lip and took one last look around the apartment. Peter and I had so many amazing memories from this place, but now it was time to leave it all behind.

"Goodbye, Peter. I'm sorry." I choked before wheeling my bags out and shutting the door.

That had been three years ago. It had torn me apart to leave Peter like that, but I couldn't justify putting the responsibility of a baby onto him when we were only nineteen. And so that was why I was raising our now three-year-old son, Levi, alone.

"Baby, come finish your juice, I didn't say that you could leave the table." I sighed as I wandered around the apartment and picked up my son's toys and clothes.

"I had enough, mommy." he shrugged, looking up at me as he sat on the floor and played with a few of his toy cars. I sighed and bit my lip at him. The small child was the absolute double of Peter, given that he somehow inherited both his hazel curls and his stunning chocolate eyes. Not that I was complaining, those genes had given me the cutest little boy on the planet as my son.

"Okay, babe. Well, it's still on the table if you decide that you want some more." I nodded as I sat down on the sofa behind him and gently stroked his hair as I got out my phone. I clicked onto the website that I'd advertised on to see if I had any hits. Being a twenty-two-year old single mom was extremely hard and juggling my work with looking after a three-year-old boy was near impossible on most days. And so I had decided to post about it on a mom-friendly website that my friend had recommended, asking for a babysitter to look after Levi whilst I worked. I raised my eyebrows, a smile starting to tug on my lips as I saw that I had a message:

PBP: Hey there! I saw you advertising for a babysitter for a small boy?

Y/N: Hey, yes! You interested?
