Tears ran down my face, my head pounding with how much I'd been crying. I looked down at my drink, my mind trying to block out the noise of the bar as I just sat there. I had just managed to get out of my relationship of two years, though it had been an extremely toxic one. Always being told that you weren't good enough and that no one else would ever love you really took its toll mentally. But I was finally free. The issue was that I didn't know what to do with that, hence why I was sat in a random London bar with an untouched martini in front of me and a brain that was trying to figure out what to the fuck I was going to do next.

"Excuse me?" I looked to the side and gulped as what looked to be a set of twin boys, as well as an extremely attractive guy approached me.

"Yes?" I gulped.

"Sorry, this might seem really weird, but you just look kind of upset, so my brothers and I were just wondering if you're okay." the older-looking one nodded. My eyes wavered and I looked down.

"U-um...yeah. I'm okay. Well, I'm not right now, but I will be." I reassured.

"Okay. Well, we're just sitting over there, so let us know if there's anything that we can do to help." one of the twins returned, making me give them a small smile as the pair walked off. I gulped, my eyebrows furrowing as the older man stayed.

"Sorry, I just...you're beautiful, can I buy you a drink?" he smiled as he sat down next to me.

"Sure, I'll never turn down free alcohol." I chuckled back, making him laugh and nod.

"I'm Tom, by the way." he spoke as he extended his hand.

"Y/N." I returned, making him bite his lip as I shook his hand.

"So, what's an absolutely stunning girl like you doing drinking at a bar alone?" he continued to flirt, making me smirk and shake my head.

"Truth be told, I just got myself out of a toxic relationship." I admitted. His eyes widened.

"Shit, I'm so sorry." he gulped.

"It's okay. He really wasn't good for me, and I'm the one who called it off, so I'm okay." I reassured.

"I'm glad to hear it. Well, I'm here if you want a rebound." he teased, making me laugh and shake my head.

"Thank you, Tom, but the body isn't even cold yet. Though, I might hold onto that offer." I flirted back, making him smirk and shake his head.

"But yeah, we were worried about you, 'we' being me and my brothers." he nodded.

"They're the guys who were with you?" I asked.

"Yeah, they're called Sam and Harry. They wanted to check on you, and I'm glad that we did." he smirked, making me return it.

"I'm glad that you did too." I nodded, him smiling in return.

That had been a year ago. The exchange had ended in Tom and I getting each other's numbers, and that had developed into a close friendship with him and his twin brothers. Hence why I was currently walking up the steps to Tom's house, ready for another dinner with them. I opened the door and walked into the house as I looked around.

"Hello?! Anyone home?!" I yelled out as I shut the front door.

"Ever heard of knocking?!" Tom shouted back from the kitchen, making me smirk and roll my eyes as I headed through.
