Clingy (Anxiety x Logic)

Prompt. Also makeout scenes(more is implied), you've been warned

Virgil was clingy.

Honestly, when Logan thought about it it did make sense that he would be. He worried often about everything, and it just made sense he would always want to be around the one he loved, to be sure they were safe. Logan actually didn't mind it, most of the time.

Today, however, Logan had apparently been on the phone for too long and Virgil wanted his attention. He came up to Logan, Logan shooting his a small smile that was not returned. He immediately began to worry, as Virgil always returned his smiles unless he was feeling anxious.

He was surprised when Virgil sat down in his lap, pouting at him. Logan frowned, trying to listen to the person on the other end of the phone call while also assuring Virgil he would be off soon. He mouthed to Virgil that he would be, but that didn't seem to help. Virgil just frowned more, innocently biting his bottom lip. Logan tried to ignore him, talking aloud in response to the person over the phone.

Virgil pouted again, deciding to try something else to get Logan off the phone. He hid his mischievous grin as he leaned forward, pressing a single kiss to his jawline. Logan paused mid-sentence, breath hitching at the contact. He frowned, shaking his head at Virgil before apologizing to the other person and beginning to talk again. Virgil huffed, leaning back in to press more kisses to his jawline, trailing down his neck. Logan could barely keep his voice steady, and Virgil smirked.

He continued to kiss him, deciding to take it a step further, teeth grazing the skin of his neck. Logan audibly gasped, cheeks turning red as he glared at Virgil. Virgil just hummed innocently, biting down in one specific spot. Logan barely suppressed a groan, glare intensifying.

"I-I apologize," he spoke over the phone, voice shaky. "I need to be off now, can I call you back later?"

He didn't get a chance to hear their response as Virgil took the phone, hanging up on them. He tossed the phone to the side, being sure it would land safely on the couch. He turned back to Logan afterwards, continuing what he was doing before, Logan no longer trying to stay quiet.

"You know, that phone call was kind of important." He mumbled, tilting his head back. Virgil simply shrugged.

"Not as important as my need for attention." He mumbled, and Logan gave a strained laugh. He pushed Virgil back gently, leaning in close to him.

"If that's all you want, then I'm happy to provide it." He whispered, leaning in to kiss him heatedly. Virgil melted into the kiss, tugging him closer. He definitely got all the attention he wanted after that.

I actually went back halfway through this to change the ship bc the one I originally chose just... didn't seem to fit, so here lol. Also sorry if the oneshot is jumpy and random and confusing, I tried not to let my anxiety attack effect my writing but, idk. Yes I actually wrote this as a distraction from my anxiety, haha. It helped. This is actually really weird for me to write, I dunno if I should be embarrassed of this or not. Is it any good?

I actually have to get up and be ready for church at some point this morning. I have no idea what time, but it's already 7 so I'm most likely not going to get more than a couple hours of sleep, if I get any. Well, I at least need to try and get a little I guess.
