Warnings: blood and serious injuries.
Some people wanted a part two and I had plenty of ideas for one(lol I have ideas for more parts too oops) so here you go lol. Sorry it took me a bit! As mentioned plenty of times lately I am super busy and stressed aha

After his first encounter with Logan in the library, Virgil found himself there a lot more often. He had been able to catch up on all his work weeks ago with the help of Logan. The ghost was apparently a huge nerd when he was alive, so he had been able to explain things to Virgil easily. Virgil was very lucky that the ghost turned out to be a harmless nerd instead of some creepy killer that seemed to be all people thought about when they imagined a ghost.

The two of them had actually grown somewhat close over the weeks Virgil would visit and hang out with him. They both were happy they got along so well. After all, Virgil had no friends in the school and if Logan tried to make any he would only terrify them. In fact, he had terrified Virgil the first time they had met, and Logan was sure any other attempts would not end nearly as well as it did with Virgil.

Despite the two being closer, there were still a lot of things Virgil was curious about that he hadn't asked yet. He had so many questions to ask Logan about what it was like being a ghost, but he wasn't sure if he should bring them up. What if he annoyed Logan by asking questions? What if a question he had made him uncomfortable? He was too worried about everything that could go wrong if he did ask, so he never did.

One night, however, Virgil finally had enough of being curious. He decided that immediately after school the next day he would visit the library to talk with Logan, as he usually did, and he would finally ask at least one of the questions he had in mind. Otherwise he was sure that it was going to drive him insane.

When the time actually came he felt a lot less determined than he had the previous night. He approached the library nervously, not sure whether he would actually be able to go through with his previous plan. Virgil stepped into the room carefully, looking around to find that, as usual, it was empty. He made his way to one of the empty tables in the middle of the room, hesitantly calling out. "Logan? You in here?"

"I am," Logan answered directly next to Virgil, and he jumped.

"I hate when you do that!" He huffed, sitting down and shaking his head at the ghost. Logan chuckled, and Virgil heard the chair beside of him slide across the floor as Logan sat down too.

"Sorry." He said, still barely stifling quiet laughter. "How are you today, Virgil?"

"Y'mean, aside from almost having a heart attack?" Virgil raised an eyebrow, and although he couldn't see it Logan was smiling. Which was rare, not that anyone would know that about him. He found that he seemed to smile a lot more in Virgil's presence anyways, although he wasn't sure why.

"Yes, ignoring that." He agreed, and Virgil frowned, suddenly remembering what he had just been worrying over a few moments before being scared.

"I've been... okay. I actually had something I wanted to talk about though. Or a few things, really." Virgil answered. He heard Logan shifting in his seat, pausing for a moment before he answered.

"Such as?" He wondered, and Virgil looked down at his hands, pulling his hoodie sleeves down over them.

"Well... its just a few questions I wanted to ask. But you don't have to answer any of them! Not if you don't want to. It's just... well I'm curious, and-" Virgil was cut off by Logan.

"Virge, it is alright. I expected you to ask questions a lot sooner than this. I don't mind." Logan assured him, and Virgil felt somewhat better. "So, what is your first question?"
