Idk what this is to be honest, not even that shippy just a thing I wanted to write bc I'm sad and needed a bit of a break from schoolwork. Also, just assume this is an AU cause I don't think Thomas' mind would have cars and shit but whatever lol. Sorry it's so short.
Virgil woke up to find that everything was still dark. A glance at the clock on the bedside table told him that he had hours left to get more sleep. He sighed, laying back comfortably again, and leaning into the warmth of three other people.
A smile found its way to his lips as he heard the soft pitter-patter of rain against the rooftop, a relaxing noise he heard very rarely. He was glad it wasn't a storm; as much as he loved them, the loud thunder would have woken the others, and he knew how much it scared Patton. Besides, the light rain outside was a much more comforting sound.
Outside he could hear tires sloshing through puddles, and a dim light passed through the window. The cars headlights illuminated his boyfriends, peacefully sleeping beside of him. Virgil took in each of their sleeping faces, small smile growing just the slightest bit wider as he thought about just how much he loved each of them.
Soon enough the car had passed, and the room was once again dark. Virgil yawned quietly, letting his eyes fall shut once again. He was drifting in and out of consciousness, his body wanting sleep while he also just wanted to enjoy this scene for a little while longer. It didn't take long for sleep to win, feeling warm and comfortable and happy. Before he drifted off Virgil decided that peaceful rainy nights like these were one of the best things in the world.
Ahhhh yeah like I said idk what this was lol, but I really liked it so I hope you do as well. It's definitely helped me stop feeling so stressed and I'm still kinda sad but it's alright, I can get through this. I'll probably end up baking something later, baking is always nice and makes me happy so, yeah.
