"Oh, so you're going on a date with (First name)-chan?" Ryousuke hums as Isashiki tries his best to hide the sight of his phone from Ryousuke
"I wouldn't have to agree if you didn't suddenly turn up like that!"
"You make it sound as if you don't like it." Ryousuke chuckles and Isashiki sighs in exasperation. Surprisingly enough he was looking forward to discussing the manga with you but...he guess he also didn't mind spending lunchtime with you
"Heh, you're blushing."
"Shut up!" Isashiki glares at Ryousuke but that didn't faze the second baseman, if anything it most likely amused him
------------
"Maybe I look like I'm trying too hard?" You mumble at yourself as you removed the hair tie and pins for the hundredth time that morning, "It's just a normal day in school but I'm eating lunch with a senior," You tell your reflection, "No need to try hard to impress the senior who made me feel really happy with just sa-AH" You hide your face behind your hands
"(First name), you're brothers are about to leave for school!" Your mother yells from downstairs making you groan and just take the hair tie with you to tie your hair up later for club
"Coming!" You reply, picking up your bag from your bed and made a queue for the kitchen where the lunch you made was
"That's so many, oh my are you bringing something for a boy?" Your mother smiles at the thought, ever since you entered high school she's been asking you if anybody has caught your attention but of course, you were always fast to deny anything
Behind her, your brothers look at the lunchbox and back at you as if they were wondering whether you had something for them too or not, their faces remain stoic but you notice the slight pout on their lips as if the thought of you not making anything for them despite a large amount of food you cooked upset them
"Your lunches are right here." Your mother hands them their lunches but they still stare at you expectantly
"I'll make something tonight?" You suggest and finally, they nod, taking their lunch from your mother
"What spoiled brothers they are," Your mother sighs, "Did they get it from your dad? He was also sulking earlier when I told him you were cooking for a boy," She whispers at you while you blush, your mom's agenda of you finding a boyfriend once again prominent
"Mom! I'm just doing it...to thank a senior," You mumble out the last part but she still heard it
"A senior huh?" She hums, "In your first year, seniors do tend to look cooler in your eyes, but who knows if that opinion changes,"
You frown at what your mother said, it was true that you did respect and have a high opinion towards your seniors, especially the third years who proved to be deserving of such respect from everyone for their hard work, so you find it hard to believe that that opinion on them would just suddenly change
