You tap your fingers on the screen of your phone, waiting for your boyfriend, Haruichi, to knock on the door
It was Christmas evening and both of you decided to go out and check the Christmas lights
After a few more minutes, you could hear someone knocking, making you jump up excitedly and walk towards the door, taking a deep breath you opened the door
'Act cool (first name), act cool' You remind yourself, opening the door for Haruichi and smiling at him
"Hey, Haru-chan," you greet enthusiastically, giving him a bright smile
Haruichi stares at you before looking away and visibly blushing, he still couldn't find a reason as to why someone like you went out with someone like him
'She's really beautiful,' He praised mentally, smiling at you
"Hello, (first name), ready to go?" He asked you as you nod, linking arms with him
"Uh-huh, now let's go!" You exclaim, pulling him with you until you were both out your porch and walking silently, you finally calming down
'It's cold,' You shiver, making your hands into a fist in hopes of heating it up, Haruichi didn't miss the action and frowns, stopping his tracks and causing you to look at his bright red face
"He-here," he stutters, taking off his scarf from his neck and instead wrapping it around yours, "you seemed cold," he muttered, taking your hand in his
'Shoot, she's colder than I expected,' He mentally scolds himself at how he didn't notice it
With his face still flushed, he raises your hands to his mouth and blew on it before rubbing it together, the action also living you a blushing mess
"So-sorry I didn't notice that you were cold," he apologizes but you just shake your head at his apology\
"It's my fault I wasn't ready," you reassure him as both of you continue to walk
Upon reaching your destination, the place was already packed, there were couples taking pictures by the light, some were kissing (which made Haruichi turn red), and some were giving gifts
"They really did a good job here, huh?" You commented, looking over Haruichi who stops beside you to look at the large Christmas tree
"Yeah," A smile makes its way to his lips when he sees your excited and flushed face
You huff into the air, the cold once again getting unbearable, "hey, Haru-chan, wanna go to a cafe?" You asked turning to the second baseman who was looking at you, his face redder than a tomato
"Hair-chan, are you—?"
"Ca—can I ki—kiss you?" He manages to stammer out nervously, his hands sweating as he waits for your response
"I wouldn't mind it." you grin, as he reluctantly placed his shaking hands around your waist and pulled you closer, he looks into your eyes once more, asking if really is alright, making you nod as a reply
"Haruichi closed his eyes and pulled you into a sweet kiss, closing your eyes you wrapped your hands around his waist before kissing him back
"Eh?! Furuya! Haruichi and (first name) are kissing! Hurry and take a picture!"
