Ian sat in his office at work, his brothers had gone to the cafeteria for lunch, while he stayed behind to finish some paperwork he had. As he finished, he began to think about what's happened over the past couple of weeks.

The trio are extremely close; like one person with three heads, they were alike in every way, except one...dating! When it came to dating Ian and Shayne have the same luck and attitude; they're able to get whoever they want to go out with them and their dates always end with them sleeping with their dates. Very rarely do they get told no and when they do, they love to tease the hell out of each other over it. Damien loves his brothers, but hates their attitudes towards dating and makes sure that they both know it; he was an old-fashioned kind of guy when it came to dating.

Ian felt guilty about using Damien, but refused to let Shayne win! So, for the last week, both men have been flirting with Damien and Courtney and showing them extra attention. Of course, at first, both were suspicious of the new attention, but both Ian and Shayne were able to lie and convince them it was all innocent. Today after work they were going to ask them out, Ian smiled, as he turned off his computer, this would be the easiest four hundred dollars he's ever made! He stood up to go join them, but accidentally knocked some papers off of his desk. Sighing, he bent down to pick them up, as his brothers and Courtney coming into his office.

"Hey, guys." Ian greeted them smiling.

"Hey, Ian." The three of them greeted him at the same time.

Ian finally had all of the papers, he stood up putting them on his desk, and turned around. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed that Damien had been staring at him differently than he's looked at him before and that made Ian smile. This wasn't the first time since they started the bet that Ian noticed Damien looking at him differently or acting differently around him. It was perfect, he knew that Damien was already beginning to fall for him, which would make winning the bet that much easier!

"You guys ready to do the big open house?" Courtney asked smiling.

"Always, it's one of our favorite things to do." Ian replied, as Shayne and Damien agreed.

"I gotta go get ready for my next client, good luck, guys. I'll see you later."

"I'll walk you out." Shayne said smiling, before they left.

"We should go, the open house is soon." Damien said, suddenly nervous to be alone with Ian.

"Before we do, I wanted to ask you something, Dames." Ian said smiling.

 "What?"

"Well, I was wondering if you'd like to have dinner with me tomorrow?" Ian asked.

"Dinner? Like a...a date?" Damien questioned nervously.

"Yep! So, what do you say?" Ian replied.

 "Just...just the two of us?"

"Well, yeah, big man, that's kind of how dates work." Ian answered smiling, as he put his coat on. "I..."

"I can't, I'm sorry!" Damien said quickly, cutting Ian off.

"Oh, okay. May...maybe another time then?" Ian replied shocked.

"We can talk about it tomorrow, okay?" Damien said, before he quickly turned and left the room.

Damien felt horrible for turning Ian down, but he couldn't risk going out with him. If they did and things went bad, it could ruin their brotherhood! Not to mention Damien's feelings for Ian would come out; he was starting to fall for Ian, but knew he didn't feel the same, Ian didn't do love!

Meanwhile, after leaving the guys, Shayne walked Courtney to her office, before she went inside he stopped her and spoke.

"Court, would like to have dinner with me tomorrow?"

 "On a date?" She questioned.

"Yeah, just the two of us." Shayne answered smiling.

"I...I can't, I'm sorry." She replied, as she opened the door. "See you later, Shayne, good luck today." She added smiling, before she went inside.

Courtney hated having to turn Shayne down, but she had become close to all three guys over the last little while. And she didn't want to risk ruining her friendship with them if her and Shayne didn't work out. She was also falling for Shayne and knew his and Ian's reputations with dating, she didn't want to be just another notch on Shayne's bed frame! Still unsure what to do she decided she needed some advice, so she took out her phone and quickly texted Damien.

C- Hey, Dames, can you talk?

D- I got a few minutes before our open house. What's up?

C- Um, Shayne asked me out to dinner tomorrow.

D- Ian asked me to dinner tomorrow too.

C- Really? What did you say?

 D- No.

 C- Me too.

D- I feel like crap that I did though.

C- Me too. You like Ian, don't you? And I mean more than a brother.

 D- Uh...yeah, I do! A lot actually!

C- I feel the same about Shayne! Do you think we made a mistake, Damien?

D- It feels like it! What if we agree, but only if it's a double date?

C- Brilliant! Then we can keep each other from screwing up!

D- Perfect! We'll tell them after work. Good luck with the new client!

C- Thanks, Dames, good luck at the open house! See you later.

After the conversation with Damien, Courtney was feeling a little better about the date, nervous, but better. She put her phone away and quickly got things ready for her client; the whole time she thought of Shayne and she couldn't stop smiling.

Damien went back inside the house where the open house they were holding was; both of his brothers were waiting for him where they'd be greeting people. He quickly put his phone away and smiling joined his brothers. He was nervous about the date, but felt better about it and couldn't wait to see what happened.

Shayne stood with Ian, as they waited for Damien to join them. He couldn't believe Courtney turned him down! He knew she'd be hard to get to know intimately, but he never thought she'd turn him down the first time he asked her out! He'd just have to work harder if he wanted to win and dammit, he did! At least, Ian was having the same kind of luck with Damien! Game on, Hecox!

Ian paced, as he and Shayne waited for Damien. He was shocked when Damien said no, considering the way he's been acting around him. He still felt guilty for dragging Damien into their bet, but he wasn't going to let his guilt stop him from winning. At least, Shayne struck out with Courtney too, which means they'll both have to work harder to win them over! Game on, Topp!
