The Boss's Son Pt6 (Ian/Damien)

 Damien stood on the balcony of the hotel room he shared with his boyfriend, Ian; who had surprised him with this trip to Hawaii with help from Shayne. It was early morning, he had been up with the sun, too excited to sleep, while Ian was still sleeping peacefully. He sighed happily, as he took in the beautiful view and began to think about everything that's happened that led him to this moment. They've been in Hawaii two days now and everything was perfect, they did so much stuff and for a while, Damien could forget about his blackmailers. He had even texted Shayne yesterday to thank him for everything he had done. His thoughts were interrupted by Ian joining him on the balcony, he wrapped his arms around Damien's waist from behind, Damien leaned back into his embrace, both men smiled.

 "Morning, baby boy." Ian greeted him, before he kissed the side of Damien's head.

 "Morning, babe."

 "You sleep well?"

 "I always sleep well in your arms." Damien answered, as he turned around and faced Ian, before he kissed him. "Did you?"

 "I did, until I realized you were gone." Ian replied pouting.

 "Aw, poor, baby." Damien teased. "Let me make it up to you."

 "Oh, yeah?" Ian asked smirking. "How?"

 "Like this." Damien said smiling, as he took Ian's hand and led him back inside to the bed, where they made love.

**A Week Later**:

 Ian sat in his father's office, impatiently waiting for him to get back from a meeting. His father had called him and asked him to come to his office this morning, he wanted to talk to him and Ian agreed, even though he knew exactly why he wanted to see him. He was going to try and convince Ian to change his mind and come back to work, something Ian refused to do. Ian stood up sighing and began to pace around the large room, as he did, he began to think of Damien and everything that's happened between them. It's been a week since they returned home from Hawaii, and even though Ian didn't return to work, their relationship was stronger than ever, but still remained a secret. Damien decided to go after the promotion and Ian was so proud of him. His thoughts were interrupted by his dad coming into the room, seeing each other they smiled, before they hugged.

 "Hey, dad." Ian greeted him when the hug ended.

 "Hello, son."

 "You look tired, are you feeling alright?" Ian asked concerned, as they sat.

 "Yes, yes, I'm fine." His dad answered sighing.

 "So, why am I here?" Ian asked.

 "I was hoping I could talk you into..."

 "Dad, we already talked about this. I'm not coming back to work." Ian said sighing smiling, as he cut his father off.

 "You're as stubborn as your mother was." His father stated sighing.

 "Is that all you wanted to talk to me about?" Ian asked smiling.

 "No, I wanted your opinion on the candidate I've chosen for the VP position."

 "My opinion? Why?" Ian asked confused.

 "I want it because you worked more closely with all of them, than I have and I need to make sure I've made the right choice."
