*Finn wants a treaty with the grounders and Bellamy wants to wipe them out. At the end of the day it's about keeping Clarke safe. Who will she choose?*
Bellamy Blake had never felt more infuriated in his life.
Finn was supposed to love Clarke, and yet, he was willing to put her in the most danger to make this treaty.
He didn't love her.
Risking someone's life wasn't loving them.
They needed to kill the grounders, each and everyone of them.
That way everyone would be safe.
Clarke would be safe.
"So what's the plan Finn?" Bellamy asked, sarcasm evident in his tone.
"Send Clarke out to 'talk' to the enemy alone? No back up?" He mused.
Finn scoffed.
"I'm not an idiot Bellamy." Finn said, he was resting against a wooden table, Clarke stood beside him.
"Could have fooled me." Bellamy retorted.
Clarke had to stifle a laugh.
Honestly she agreed with Bellamy.
A truce was dangerous.
Going out there to face the grounders terrified her. She didn't know what would happen, and she really didn't want to die before she saw her mom again.
But she was with Finn. She was supposed to care about him and trust him.
She closed her eyes and exhaled, the boys continued to argue.
"YOU'RE NOT SENDING HER OUT THERE TO DIE FINN!"
"THIS IS HOW WE WIN PEACE! THIS IS THE ONLY WAY!"
"ENOUGH!" Clarke hit her hand against the table.
The room fell silent.
"Clarke I'm sorry." Finn whispered. He put his hand on her back.
Clarke moved away. She felt like she was crawling out of her skin.
She moved to stand beside Bellamy.
Guilt filled her.
How could she be with one and side with another?
"I don't think I want to go out there alone." She whispered.
Bellamy put his hand on Clarke's back.
Clarke didn't move.
"You don't have to go at all." He whispered.
Finn was staring at them.
His blood boiled.
How could she trust this guy?
