" Can I ask why?" I calmly ask trying not to get my emotion flowing.
" You know why, Roman?"
" No, Nicole. I really don't." I say wiping my tears." But I will do anything and everything in my power to fix it. I just don't want to lose you."
Nicole takes a deep breath before answering, I thought she was just trying to be dramatic. Then I realized that she was just not to cry. " I am just tired of the cheating and affairs."
" What are you talking about?"
" It's not fair to me or the kids. So I am giving you the options of an open marriage or divorce."
" No! I am not sharing you with another man or losing you."
" Well, those are your only option."
" But why?"
" Because I am tired of the hugging backstage or whatever you guys do during my matches. And laughing and giggling at the table when I am right there. You paid more attention than me at my party. I am over it. So I need a choice you got 24 hours." Nicole then gets up and leaves.
It doesn't take long for me to realize what she talking about, and hurts that she will even entertain this thought.. But I gotta deal with it.
