"Why!?" You groaned, running your fingers through your hair angrily. You sighed and lightly hit the wall in front of you. Huffing, you walked away and sat down on the couch. With your head in your hands, you couldn't stop thinking about today. What your friends kept saying to you.
"Your hair is so weird, it never looks right haha!"
"Your hands are too small, your fingers are too long. It looks so gross!"
"Your body shape is so not attractive, where's all the curves!?"
"Wow, how does Jack feel knowing he is dating a guy."
You wiped the corners of your eyes and sighed. You knew your friends said this all the time, always jokingly, but it never failed to hurt you. You began to doubt yourself even more, it was just too much today. You stood up and walked to the kitchen. Hiding your face with your hands, you let the tears stream down your cheeks.
You suddenly felt your hands being grabbed, and saw Jack's face. His eyes were soft as he gently pulled you to the counter. With his hands rested on your hips, he lifted you onto the counter, stepping between your legs. You looked at him, pulling him close to hug. His long arms wrapped tightly around you, none of you needing to speak.
You could hear his heartbeat against your ear, it made you calm again. He wiped away the tears with a kiss and lifted your chin up gently.
"What's wrong with my Angel? Lass, are you okay?" His normally loud and bouncy voice was now quiet and as smooth as silk. You shook your head slowly, gritting your teeth.
"I'm not perfect, Jack. I'm not perfect for you or for anybody." You bunched your fists up, looking angrily at the ground. He brought both of your tensed fists up to his lips, lightly kissing them both. That made your fingers uncurl and relax as they intertwined with his.
"What in the hell made you think that, Lass?" He asked, staring into your eyes and not letting you break contact. You sniffled, laying your head on his shoulder.
"My hair isn't long and silky, it's never as pretty as other girls." You said quietly, your voice muffled. He pulled you back up to look at him, and smiled at you.
"You know what I think? I think your hair is beautiful every single day. It's also great for running my hands through them." He said, implying his point by gently rubbing his fingertips through your locks. You smiled a little, giving him a kiss. He looked at you for a moment before leaning close and holding you.
"I know there are plenty more. So tell me each thing you hate about yourself, and I will give you a reason as to why I disagree." You thought about it for a moment before nodding and taking a deep breath.
"My eyes are the dullest color imaginable, they are not brilliant or vibrant."
"Whenever I look into your eyes, they remind me of a sunset sky, of shining emeralds, of beautiful seas. Don't ever say your eyes are boring, they captivate me."
"I don't have any curves, I have no flattering shape."
"Lass, your body is beautiful. From your head to your feet, every inch is stunning. It's even more amazing that you shared it with me."
"M-My hands are too weirdly shaped...too small and too long."
"Well, I think they are just perfect for holding your hand. They fit in mine like a puzzle piece."
"Whenever I don't wear makeup...I feel worthless." This comment made tears spring in your eyes. Jack shushed you with a kiss and caresses your face. He ran his thumb along the bare skin of your cheekbone.
"Whenever you don't wear makeup, I see your true beauty. You don't need makeup to feel pretty (Y/N)...your already breathtaking. Lass, your my beautiful Angel. With or without makeup." You hugged him tightly, not letting go for another minute or two. He pulled you into a heated and passionate kiss before pulling away and picking you up. Kissing your nose gently, laid on the couch next to you.
You two tangled up with each other, arms and legs all together under a warm blanket. He kissed your forehead and smiled at you.
   "Do you feel better now?"
   "Bunches, baby." You answered quietly.
"Good. I don't want my Angel getting sad. No angel should ever be sad. Especially mine."

(A/N: hey guys! This has happened plenty of times to me. My friends have joked around a lot by how I am and of course I know they are joking but sometimes it hits deep by the things they say. It just hurts when they always put me down. I am sure you all have had this experience and I wanted to make this so you guys can smile when your having a day like this. Always smile lovelies, because if you don't think your worth it. Then me, markimoo, and jackiboy will always be by your side to disagree.
You.Are.Beautiful.
