Y/N'S POV

I was packing my things to set off for Vale, the more shady underground parts to be exact. I overheard Ozpin and James talking about how Summer was spotted working with some other known criminals such as Emerald Sustrai and Cinder Fall. Of course, Ozpin and/or James would never let me go, especially not on my own, all they see is a dumb depressed, and alcoholic piece of shit, but I don't care...

I haven't forgotten about what happened eighteen years ago...and I don't think I ever will, it haunts me day in and day out. That last meeting went on repeat in my head over and over, it made me think about a lot of things, most weren't good.

James: "And where are you going?" He asked.

I turned around not even surprised that he would invite himself into my room with no forewarning, I gave him a disinterested look before turning back around and finishing packing up.

James: "You heard didn't you? you heard and now you want to go out there all on your own and handle it." He said with a frown as he forcefully turned me around.

Y/N: "And I will...you won't stop me, no one will." I said getting out of his grip and walking out of my room.

Winter: "Y/N..."

She came up looking at me disappointed, she went to hug me but I took a step back. I met Winter after what happened with Summer and Raven, she was the only person around here who really knew me. I didn't want to do this to her but she was in the way, I could already sense James getting ready to restrain me behind me.

Y/N: "Not this time Winter..."

Before either of them could react I used my Aura and with a massive burst I blasted them back, the blast was enough to shatter windows, send objects flying, and break the floor. I quickly run away towards the landing platforms, luckily there was a bullhead currently at the platform.

Pilot: "Where to?" He asked as I stepped on board.

I didn't bother answering him and simply took him by his throat and flung him out of the ship, Winter and James arrived just as I took off. Knowing they were gonna try and track me I rip open the bottom of the dashboard and tear out the tracker, I wasn't going to let anyone stop me.

TIMESKIP

Glynda: "How are you doing Y/N?" She asks concerned as she gave me a cup of coffee.

Y/N: "I can't get it out of my head..." I said looking down.

Glynda: "I know, things are looking bad right now but they'll get better, trust me things won't stay this low."

Y/N: "I knew a traitor, was almost killed by someone I was gonna marry, it can't get any lower than that..." I replied dejected as I took a sip of my coffee.

With a shock I wake up, of course when I'm trying to rest there would be a thunderstorm, grumbling I get up and make my way from the bullhead deeper into downtown Vale.

People were looking at me like I crawled out of the sewers, probably because I look like shit. After a lot of stares, I made my way to a bar, could use a couple of drinks before I make my way to their hideout. Inside the bar, I didn't get nearly as many stares, people who look more shit then are me are a common sight here I suppose. Sat down on a barstool and just waited until the bartender would get to me, what I didn't expect to see was a certain pair of red eyes and some green hair to be in here, once she saw me looking she booked it out of there and I gave chase instantly...
