I'm a Front Office Associate sa isang kilalang membership club, hindi ko na imemention ang area at place for Privacy.

For reference, that place is more than 400 hectares na dating forest before tayuan ng mga housing, condominiums, beach club, and golf club. Halos 20 percent palang ng place ang nagagamit
So talagang tahimik dito sa place na to pag-gabi na and yung paligid talaga ng condominium ay napakaganda kasi nature vibe pa din talaga, maganda ang sunset and beach view kasi mataas yung pinagtatayuan ng condo, not until mag-gabi na kasi nakakatakot na sa dilim. Kahit may mga post lights sa paligid talagang kinakain ng dilim pa din.

So this us how the story goes, may isang family na nagdinner sa beach club, since nakacheck-in sila sa condo they need to drive for 5 mins to reach the club kasi nadun yung mga restos. When they reached the club at 6 pm, naglakad sila sa malaking footbridge papuntang resto, then yung 5 year old kid nila, uttered "Hiii" then nag-wave, di nila pinansin kasi wala namang tao baka nagbibiro lang.

The following day, the guest messaged our Manager, saying "Sir ***, normal bang nangyayari dito sa condo 'to?" Then kinwento ni guest na, after nila makarating sa condo, may kumatok sa door nila, her 5 year old kid went to open it, however natulala yung bata at namutla, then nilagnat magdamag yung bata. When they asked the kid what happened, sabi nung bata "mommy I saw the kid from the beach club, she came to visit me, however she's faceless this time."

Marami ding guest na mga nagkkwento saamin minsan, may nag-complain pa kasi meron daw security guard sa veranda ng Penthouse ng madaling araw. Eh wala namang ibang madadaanan papuntang veranda kundi from the inside lng ng room. And take note, penthouse yun, that was on the 8th floor.

Madami pa akong kwento, tho hindi ako first hand nakakaexperience, pero bilang isang FOA, I always listen to guest's needs, kasama na rin ang kababalaghang kino-complain nila 😅
