Chapter 388

The instant that those three words left the God of Love's lips, massive wings started to creak as the giant skeleton turned. Under the sunlight, its every single bone shimmered sunlight while it charged forward towards its prey. Its mouth opened wide. Revealing razor sharp teeth which could easily rip the thick flesh of a wyvern apart in a single bite. Speedily, the pitiful creatures struggling to escape the restraints placed on them by their human riders flew out of the large bone creature's path. Enabling it to easily chase the white mutant that was hastily distancing itself from the disguised deity on the wall.

To many of those watching the attack, it looked as if the Guardian Knight was running away in fear. Especially since he wasn't stopping his mount from its escape. Could the leader of the legendary Wyvern's Brigade actually be a coward? Numerous people subconsciously held their breath in awe or anticipation. Their gazes instinctively migrated to the raven swordmaster who stood atop of the holy looking skeleton.

"A Dragon Knight."

As if sensing its rider's will, the large wyvern roared out and flew faster to a suitable location to fight the rapidly approaching foes. Upon arriving above a semi-forested clearing, the beast quickly turned to face the flying corpse. Brandishing its claws. Ready to fight to the death.

Upon realizing that the other wasn't actually fleeing, the single lifer swiftly got into stance and extended his aura. At the same time, the white aura on the Guardian Knight's sword began to twist and slither. Just like an eerie serpent hunting a tiny mouse.

"For an arrogant brat like you to dare take advantage of such a merciful God! I shall teach you your place! And rid this world of that detestable abomination assisting you! Then I will take my rightful place next to my Lord, the Supreme Ruler of Love!"

Within the hollow of the entity's eyes, a mixture of dead mana and multicolored divine energy could be seen. Connecting the corpse's senses to that of the holy necromancer. Enabling her to hear everything that the legend obsessed fanatic shouted at the single lifer. Unintentionally, she muttered back in frustration.

Although she had spoken in a very low voice, the experts around her still heard what she had said. Of them, a pair of sharp red-browns were closely observing the chaotic emotions flowing out of her physical form. Processing everything she had whispered at an inhuman speed, the redhead realized that the Snake had yet again insulted his Holy Maiden. Causing his anger to increase even more. Resulting in dozens of lightning bolts to break through the pitch black clouds above. Striking down towards the ground where the enemy stood.
