Hi my name is Khanyisile @just_
Khaymo and I've been bullied. It all started in preschool(I was 6 at the time), I wasn't the popular kid but for some reason there was a girl named bully 1, she used to call me all sorts of names like "darkies" because my skin color was darker at that time, she used to push, poke and stab me with her pen and I always made excuses to my parents like" I fell" or " I tripped", this went on until I went to primary school.
I thought that the bullying was over and done but I was wrong, Bully 2, a sixth grade guy started to chase me around and take my lunch money, this was so bad that every time after school I would swap school bags with my class mate in order to escape him, then he finally passed primary and left for secondary school, by then I was in fourth grade.
When i was in sixth grade (12 years at the time) Bully 3 came to the picture what was worse is that he had the support of most f the class, they would call me names like "Bass girl" because my voice was deep for a girl, in secondary i was even called a Lesbian because I didn't have a boyfriend.
When I arrived at high school I even gave up chess because I couldn't take it anymore,to top it off my school bag was the largest of my whole grade so I received comments about how I think I'm better than all of them and that I will never amount to anything, last year one of my classmates (who I thought was my best friend at that time) forced me to confess then I told my parents then my classmate that forced me to confess started to control me but my one of my class mates became really close to me and we have been bestfriends for 3 years And counting, she's the one that excepts me for who I am: the girl who has never had a boyfriend and loves reading books and chess
she then introduced me to wattpad and I'm loving it so much that i decided to share my story
Now I'm 18 and finished 12th grade I'm still recovering and with the help of my best friend I'm beginning to laugh and being my self
Bullying doesn't have the power without your reaction so be strong and tell somebody you trust about it.
