I was in sixth grade when the bullying started, I'm diagnosed with Bipolar. I told my best friend at the time she looked disgusted when I told her. I asked her why and she answered with
"I can't believe I've been best friends with someone who has a disability"
She ended up telling all of my friends and of course cause she was more popular than me they all followed her, they started verbally bullying me telling me that I was a failure and should kill myself.
Naturally being bipolar makes me think suicidal thoughts but I haven't cut. The next year I thought they'd stop, I was wrong.
I decided to learn martial arts in case things did get to the physical stage and they did. My old best friend tried to punch me in the face, she didn't succeed. After she realised she couldn't physically bully she sent me direct messages on Instagram saying how much of a failure I was and how much everyone hates me.
By then I was really close to cutting, I had ran a pair of blunt scissors over my thighs but they only scratched my thighs. My friend on Wattpad, unbeknownst to them, helped me. I'm still bullied to this day but I'm mentally stronger because of her and my other internet friends
